Protected Design Policy
We will not reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected designs without proof of permission. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos, text, or images you submit.
Approvals & Proofs
Custom orders may include a digital proof for your approval. Production begins after you approve the proof. Please review spelling, dates, colors, and layout carefully — approved proofs are produced as shown.
Quotes, Deposits & Payment
- Quotes are estimates and may change based on final specifications.
- A deposit may be required before production on certain orders.
- Timelines are estimates and may vary with materials and volume.
Custom Items Are Final Sale
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is defective or differs materially from the approved proof.
Your Responsibility for Content
By submitting a custom request, you confirm you own or have permission to use all submitted content and you agree to hold MNB Limited LLC and MNB Print LLC harmless from any claims arising from the content you provide.
